「言葉を奪われたアーティストはただのピエロだ」
新しい未来を創っていくことは
必ずしも過去の人間を
否定することではない
対立するつもりなど毛頭ない
事実を語っているだけだし
反省しているだけなんだが
過剰反応されるのは
大いに誤解されているのか
私の伝え方を改めるべきなのか
それほどに自分の人生に
意味があると思いたいなら
守りに入るのではなく
明日への一歩を踏み出すべきだよ
それは誰だってそうさ
年齢は関係ない
出来ることなんて山ほどある
小さくたって良いんだから
何のために人を攻撃するのか
俺にはわからん
この世の如何なる対立構造も
非生産的で欺瞞的で無意味だよ
だから虚無だと言っているんだ
右も左も関係ない
アーティストは作品で語るべき
みたいな決めつけも
本当に余計なお世話だと思う
どうしてアーティストから
そこまで言葉を奪いたいの？
余計なノイズなしに
作品に陶酔したいから？
やっぱりピエロ扱いじゃないか
アートじゃなくて芸能なんだよ
悪意がないのは勿論わかってるけど
そういう小さな間違った引力が合わさって
間違った世論が形成されている
到底、無視できないと
俺なんかは思ってはしまうけどな
作品の価値は作品の価値で
自分で切り離せば良いだけでは？
他人に依存しちゃダメだよ

Creating a new future doesn’t necessarily mean rejecting those who came before us.
I have zero intention of being confrontational. I’m simply stating facts and reflecting on the past. Yet, when people overreact, I wonder—am I being deeply misunderstood, or is it my delivery that needs to change?
If you want to believe that your life has meaning that badly, then stop playing defense and take a step toward tomorrow. That applies to everyone. Age is irrelevant. There are mountains of things you can do, and it’s perfectly fine if those things are small.
I honestly don’t understand why people feel the need to attack others. Every structure of conflict in this world is counterproductive, deceptive, and ultimately meaningless. That’s why I call it “void.” Left, right—it doesn’t matter.
And this assumption that “artists should let their work speak for itself”—I find that to be such meddling. Why are people so intent on stripping artists of their words? Is it because you want to lose yourself in the work without any “unnecessary noise”? In the end, you’re just treating us like clowns. That’s not art; that’s just show business.
I know there’s no malice involved, of course. But these tiny, misguided forces pull together to form a warped public opinion. Personally, I find it impossible to just ignore that.
Can’t you just separate the value of the work on your own?
You shouldn’t depend on others for that.
