番組にする、という実験。
Dandy Asobi Clubは、全国各地の神社を舞台に
音楽・演劇・ダンス・即興・哲学が交わる番組を制作し、
世界へ発信していく共同体です。
一回性の熱量を映像に封じ込め、
Netflix規模のプラットフォームや海外映画祭へ。
ここから生まれる経済圏は、
「好き」で動く人たちが自律的に拡張させていきます。
「本気の遊び」とは——
真剣さと余白の両立。
姿勢は本気。でも、結果は手放し、プロセスに集中する。

Dan Mitchel（株式会社ドラマティックフロンティア 代表取締役）。
宝塚育ち、灘中高卒。高校1年でロンドンへ渡り、創作への覚醒。
以来ずっと——作り続け、倒れ続け、立ち上がり続けてきました。
東大に9点差で落ち、バンドは空中分解。
ラジオ局とは決裂し、時給250円のバイトもした。
20を超える失敗のリストは、自虐でなく勲章だと思っています。
それだけ、主体的に動いてきた証拠だから。

学園祭演劇最下位、バンド空中分解、東大9点差落ち、
バイト時給250円、主催イベント主演女優ドタキャン、私生活依存症……
でも、その全部が次の一手になった。

The Philosophy
誰一人「負」にしない設計が、
連鎖を生む。
A＋B＋C＋D＋…≧0 ——
全項が非負であれば、総和は恒常的にプラスになる。
テイカーが一人でも紛れ込めば、連鎖は崩壊する。
だから、この共同体はGIVEを基調に設計されています。
正の連鎖
誰かが与えれば、次も与えたくなる。その連鎖が続く限り、共同体は育つ。奪う人間が一人紛れ込めば、全体が崩れる。だからここは、GIVEを前提に動く。
二項対立を遊び心で和す
AかBかという対立に見えるものも、共通のCに気づけば「共鳴」になる。分断を繋ぐのが、本気の遊び心です。

数学・心理・歴史・医学・スピリチュアル——一見バラバラなこれらを、ひとつの軸で眺めたとき、はじめて見える景色がある。分野をまたぐ視点が、DACの思想の土台にある。

AI全盛の今こそ、身体性と精神の進化が問われる。進化を止めれば滅びる——それは脅しでなく、宇宙の法則です。

神社で撮る、映画クオリティの番組
全国五大都市（東京・大阪・名古屋・札幌・福岡）周辺(おおまかに)の神社を舞台に収録。ハレの場のエネルギーと、即興のエネルギーが交差する瞬間を映像に封じ込めます。
ジャンルレスな共演
DJ・即興演奏・演劇・ダンス・パントマイム・詩・哲学トーク——枠はありません。「本気」と「遊び心」があれば、それがDACの作品になります。
世界へ、発信する
英語字幕を付けてNetflix等への配信を視野に入れ、欧州映画祭へのドキュメンタリー出展も目指します。日本の「本気の遊び」を、世界の文脈で問う。
オーディションで、未知の才能を発掘
各地で開催するオーディションにより、まだ知られていない才能を共同体に迎え入れます。経歴より、エネルギーで選ぶ。
全5回の実践から、経済圏へ
全5回の番組制作を通じて輪を拡大。長期的には、理念を軸としたグローバル規模の自律型経済圏の確立を目指します。

Dandy Asobi Club is a community that creates programs
where music, theater, dance, improvisation, and philosophy collide —
shot at shrines across Japan —
and sends them out to the world.
We capture the energy of each unrepeatable moment on film
and aim for major platforms and international film festivals.
The economic ecosystem that emerges from this
expands autonomously, driven by people who move out of genuine passion.
“Serious play” means —
the coexistence of full commitment and openness.
All in on the process. Zero attachment to the outcome.

Raised in Takarazuka. Graduated from Nada Junior & Senior High School.
Went to London at 16. That’s when the obsession with creation began.
Since then — making, falling, getting back up. Without stop.
Lost to Tokyo University by 9 points. Band fell apart mid-flight.
Fell out with a radio station. Worked for ¥250 an hour.
A list of over 20 failures — not self-deprecation, but a résumé.
Proof of having moved with intention, every single time.
Failure is the résumé.

lead actress no-showed on event day, personal life dependency……
Every single one became the next move.
Failure is an asset. I genuinely believe that.

The Philosophy
When no one is left with less than zero,
the chain keeps going.
A + B + C + D + … ≧ 0 —
As long as every term stays non-negative, the sum holds.
One person who only takes can bring the whole thing down.
That’s why this community is designed around giving.
Positive Chain
When someone gives, others want to give too. As long as that chain holds, the community grows. One taker breaks everything. That’s why GIVE is the premise here.
Bridging Opposition
What looks like an A-or-B conflict often shares a hidden C. Noticing that — instead of forcing a choice — turns division into resonance. That’s what serious play does.
Describing with Love
Mathematics, psychology, history, medicine, spirituality — they don’t exist in isolation. When viewed through a single lens, a third perspective appears. That cross-disciplinary vision is the foundation of DAC’s thinking.
Evolution of the Spirit
In the age of AI, the evolution of the body and spirit is what matters most. Stop evolving and you disappear — not a threat, but a law of the universe.

Film-quality programs, shot at shrines
We record at shrines in Japan’s five major cities — Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Sapporo, Fukuoka. Sacred grounds where ancient energy meets the heat of improvisation. We capture that collision on film.
Genre-less collaboration
DJ, live improvisation, theater, dance, pantomime, spoken word, philosophy — no borders. If you bring full commitment and a sense of play, that’s a DAC piece.
Broadcast to the world
With English subtitles, we aim for major streaming platforms and submission to European film festivals. Japan’s “serious play” — put to the world.
Auditions — discovering the unknown
We hold auditions in each city to bring undiscovered talent into the community. We choose by energy, not credentials.
5 sessions — then a global ecosystem
Through 5 programs, we expand the circle. Long-term, we aim to establish an autonomous global economic sphere — built on values, not industry logic.
Cognitive Team — an org driven by resonance
Core members operate with clearly defined roles and autonomy. No commands. The organization moves through resonance. We’re experimenting with what a community built on free will can become.
