熱海 康太あつみ こうた / Kota Atsumi
一般社団法人日本未来教育研究機構 代表理事
大学卒業後、神奈川県の公立学校、私立桐蔭学園で教鞭を取る。厚木市教育委員会から教育実践奨励賞を受ける。国立大学付属小学校で多くの教育論や教育実践を学び、体系化することで、現在まで全国の先生20,000人以上に講演。その後、教員や保護者、子どもたちのための本を執筆するようになる。
現在までに17冊の教育書を執筆。常に先端の教育理論や教育実践を研究している。
「ABEMA prime」「令和の虎」「令和の龍」などのメディアに出演。一般社団法人日本未来教育研究機構代表理事。元サッカー日本代表・北嶋秀朗さん（アビスパ福岡コーチ）の専属コーチングアドバイザーも務めています。
人の可能性をどう広げ、次の一歩へどうつなぐのか。教育、執筆、講演、コーチングの現場を行き来してきた熱海さんが、Dan Mitchelと向き合います。

An educator and author meets a dramatic artist.
A conversation that goes beyond simply agreeing.
What do we really want to do? What does it mean to believe in ourselves? How do we connect with someone who sees the world differently? Both guests on Reiwa no Tora and Reiwa no Ryu, Atsumi and Dan meet one-to-one for approximately two hours and 19 minutes, exploring six topics from lyrics and books to the future.

Kota Atsumi熱海 康太 / Educator & Author
Representative Director, 日本未来教育研究機構
(Japan Future Education Research Organization)
After graduating from university, Atsumi taught at public schools in Kanagawa and at the private Toin Gakuen. He received an Educational Practice Encouragement Award from the Atsugi City Board of Education. Drawing on the educational theories and practices he studied at an elementary school affiliated with a national university, he developed a systematic approach and has lectured to more than 20,000 teachers across Japan. He subsequently began writing books for teachers, parents and children.
He has written 17 books on education and continues to research leading-edge educational theories and practices.
His media appearances include ABEMA prime, Reiwa no Tora and Reiwa no Ryu. He is the Representative Director of 日本未来教育研究機構 (Japan Future Education Research Organization) and also serves as a dedicated coaching advisor to former Japan international footballer Hideaki Kitajima, an Avispa Fukuoka coach.
How do we help people discover possibilities and take their next step? Bringing experience from teaching, writing, speaking and coaching, Atsumi explores that question with Dan.

The Dandy Asobi Club concept was rejected on Reiwa no Tora. Dan still wants to bring it to life—and to widen the circle of people who resonate with that vision. That desire led to the creation of VS Dan Mitchel, the one-to-one conversation series also known as Tai-dan Mitchel.
Music, film and conversation. Beyond each individual work lies the ambition to build a community through “serious play”—one in which differences in thought and feeling become creative possibilities.
