Dan Mitchel
Dan Mitchel is the dramatic artist in fantasy,
who seeks human ideal dandyism in real,
and searching for companions to walk through life together.
Deeply influenced by the sounds of 1980s Western pop,
his music blends romantic melodies with messages that are simple, strong, and striking.
Yet beneath their surface often lies a quiet philosophical undertone,
revealing more with each listen.
Endowed with a natural gift for synchronizing with beautiful sounds,
his creative spirit fully awakened during his studies in London.
There, he trained in performance methods including the Stanislavski system,
performed in stage productions both as actor and lead,
and expanded beyond borders, appearing in commercials by Taiwanese directors
and short films produced in London.
In 2020, he composed the opening theme for a major Tokyo broadcasting network.
In 2021, he created and starred in his own signature show, Dandy Tonight.
He continues to direct and appear in his own music videos,
and in 2023, from March through December,
he organized 29 editions of the Freestyle Session Party as both host and frontman—
pioneering new forms of art and live expression.
In April 2024, he produced a birthday live show featuring over 30 artists.
The event, which fused live music, dance, DJ sets, and theater,
drew more than 150 attendees and embodied his vision for integrated performance.
In July 2024, he founded Dramatic Frontier Co., Ltd.
That December, he released his directorial debut feature film, A Love Story in the Summer,
and in January 2025, co-wrote its soundtrack with Aiko Yoshiba.
The film was selected by the Hollywood Reel Independent Film Festival
and won Best Asian Film at the Reale Film Festival,
marking his growing presence on the global stage.
Through his company, he also pioneers new cultural experiences:
Your Only Song, which transforms personal life stories into original music,
and Your Only Live Show, which delivers emotionally resonant, live performances anywhere—
each project a step toward bridging art and everyday life.

2020年には某在京放送局のオープニングを制作
翌年には自身の冠番組「Dandy Tonight」を企画・出演
また自身のMusic Videoを多数、自ら監督し、出演している
2023年3月〜12月は、「Freestyle Session Party」のオーガナイザー兼フロントマンとして
イベントを29回企画したりと、新たなアート、エンターテイメントのあり方を追究している
2024年4月、自身のバースデーLIVEを企画し、30人を超えるアーティストが出演
バンド生演奏、ダンス、DJ、演劇を融合させたステージに、150名を超える人たちが集結した
2024年7月には株式会社ドラマティックフロンティアを創立
12月には、初監督映画となる主演作「夏のおわりのラブストーリー」を発表し、
2025年1月には映画のサウンドトラックをAiko Yoshibaと共作
映画は、Hollywood Reel Independent Film Festivalに入選、Reale Film FestivalにてBest Asian Filmを受賞するなど、海外の映画祭でも活躍するなど幅を広げている
また会社のサービスとして、ひとりひとりの人生を曲にする「Your Only Song」や、
どこにでも出張して、生演奏による臨場感あふれる音楽体験を提案する「Your Only Live Show」など、
芸術文化と社会文明との融合を図る挑戦を続けている
